Harbor Bridge (New)

Harbor Bridge is located at the Port of Corpus Christi, Texas. The new cable-stayed bridge, consisting of 6 lanes plus shared-use path, will replace the old Harbor bridge and will be the longest concrete segmental cable-stayed bridges in the US once completed. Somerset performed the detailed design of purpose-built travelers for four 115-tonne capacity stiffleg derrick cranes using various geometries as well as the detailed design of the geometry and location of tie down pieces. Somerset also carried out the 3D modelling for clash checks.
